Furthermore, this concern about identity has come almost a week after placing my order and being in contact with you about that order. I paid for expedited shipping which is pointless if the item is not going to be shipped in a timely manner in the first place. Because of the time difference every exchange we have takes an additional day, delaying the shipment even further. I hope that this issue can be resolved quickly and that my product will be sent in a timely fashion.
