Charged for an item I did not receive. |

I ordered (WP05-BLACK) Mens Casual Simple Design Slim Turtle Neck T-shirts on 2013-01-30.
I got my order today, I got the other 4 items I ordered however not this one. I logged in to check my order status and it says that item is SOLD OUT. But I was still charged for that item which I did not receive.
Will I be receiving this time when it is in stock again? If not what do I need to do about the charge for an item I did not get?

For this item, I am sorry that we are no longer producing the item since we cannot find the best fabric to produce this, would you mind choosing another item with the same amount of the out of stock item?
or can I refund you fully for the out of stock item?
