Concerned about timely delivery of product |

I received a pair of emails last night regarding the shipping address being different from the address in my account and requesting my credit card number again. While I appreciate the vigilance in securing the proper identity of your clients to prevent fraud, I am concerned about the request for credit card info over email which is a great way to have that information stolen. Furthermore, this concern about identity has come almost a week after placing my order and being in contact with you about that order. I paid for expedited shipping which is pointless if the item is not going to be shipped in a timely manner in the first place. Because of the time difference every exchange we have takes an additional day, delaying the shipment even further. I hope that this issue can be resolved quickly and that my product will be sent in a timely fashion.

First of all, I would like to apologize for all the inconvenience it caused you.
If you are concern, that your personal information will be stolen. please don't worry, our Email's are only checked by authorized person and it has security lock that no one can easily access it.
So sorry that we have to checked it twice, we are just protecting our buyers from dishonest person, who are using others card without their knowledge, we have encountered it many times so we are just making sure.
Sorry if the shipping was delayed due to this, but once we have your confirmation of your information we will send the item soonest.

I have confirmed my identity several times now, and I have yet to receive a confirmation that you have sent me what I paid for. I replied with the following email to your latest request about my identity after answering your questions. Your lack of a response in a timely manner indicated to me you do not intend to honor our transaction. Please return my payment immediately and know that your negligence has terminated my and my university's desire to do business with you again.

This would be extremely unfortunate and set my production back a great deal. I work with a program that spends thousands of dollars each year on costumes for our productions. When I found your site I was excited to find a new vendor for my university. This delayed transaction has now led me to question the wisdom of relying on a company that is in another country. If you cannot get the garments to me by Friday this will permanently end any future relationship with your company. I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt that you can honor our business transaction and restore my faith in your good intent. I expect a response within the next hour. If I do not have your assurance that the garments will be here by Friday (US time) than we will withdraw payment.
