I placed an order from your website on 2/9/13 with express shipping, and the order status was instantly listed as "Before shipping".
I was checking the order about 15x a day, as I was excited to receive my order, and this morning (2/14/13) it finally switched to "On Shipping", which it then instantly changed to "Shipment Completed".
Odd enough though... I did not receive a package today and no mail has arrived.
Has this problem happened before? And could I receive a tracking number so I can see what happened to my order?

So sorry for the confusion it caused you.
Your items are sent from South Korea through DHL and it will be delivered to you in 3-5 days, due to holidays called Lunar New Year, your fulfilment was delayed. So sorry for that, I am hoping for your understanding on this.

You can check delivery status on http://www.dhl.com/en.html.
If the items didn't arrive on time, pls track yr delivery status on website first
