I'm 5'11, 190lbs. I like slim fit but not sure if a L or XL would be required from your line. I typically wear L here in US.

Thanks for asking.
Given your height and weight (if accurate), our size US XL will fit on you well.
If you want Slim fit style, US XL will fit on you, however if you prefer normal style and you never tried slim fit style clothing, you can feel that it would be small.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
