I placed an order on February 12th for the following -

I payed through PAYPAL and I have a confirmation that you received my payment from paypal, but I did not receive confirmation from your company that my order was in processing or shipping. I paid for express shipping.
I tried logging into my account but my password and security question are both not working on your site. I just want the item that I paid for.
Please let me know what is going on.
