I am 5'11" however only 137 pounds what would be the best size for me? Also, is there a custom size and how much extra would that cost if anything.

thanks for asking.
I am sorry but we are not making custom sizes, as you know we produce our items in bulk so there is no chance for me to produce one.
Given your weight, our US S will fit on you, but it might be too short for you because your height suggests us a bigger sz which is US XL.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies, but it works most of the time.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
I think it would be better if I leave the decision to you.
