thanks for asking. So sorry but this item is intended for Males only. And because of that, our items would appear too big for Females.

Given the height and weight, I can say that you are needing smaller than our US S.

Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs

I think it would be better if I leave the decision to you.
