I received my order and the pants are the wrong color, the vest is the wrong color and the coat is falling apart on the bottom. |

I recieved my order today and the pants and vest are the wrong color. I also noticed the stitching on the jacket is coming apart with strings hanging and the shoulders on one side was not hemmed right and it was stitched wrong. I would like to return my items, please contact me today. my wedding is this weekend and I now have to search for new clothes, again. I love the vest and pants but the coat is falling apart and you sent me the wrong color vest and pants.

First of all I would like to say sorry for all the dissatisfactions, you can return the item back to us and since it is our fault, I am willing to shoulder the shipping fee to return the items and refund you in full. Please let me know what are the items that you are returning.
Kindly send the item through the Cheapest Way, and please do not pay for any tracking number because you don’t have to spend any expenses when sending item through it.
It won’t matter how long it may take and you can just use the package and label as I sent you.
Please include a paper note of your order #/ return reason/ and your request.
After sending back the item, please never forget to contact me with any return details like tracking # or customs declaration(form) # or receipt bar code or session ID.
American USPS always has "Customs Form number" on the receipt. Kindly let me know of that.
You may send it on your next message as attachment so I can check it.
