how much would it cost to ship to the continental United States?
Also I am 5'10" and around 140 pounds. I have a slim athletic build. What would you reccommend for a slim fit?

We are sending items in your country sir, but so sorry to say, I cannot provide how much is the exact shipping fee, since it will be calculated automatically by our system when you checked out your items and calculated based on their weight.
Given your height and weight (if accurate), our size US M in my shop will fit on you well. This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
