Maybe I am just impatient but I ordered my stuff on the 1st and it is now the 5th and it still hasn't shipped yet. I got express shipping and everything so I was curious if there was anything y'all were waiting on from me to process this order?

First of all, I really appreciate your purchases in our shop, but I'm afraid to inform you that item :JPB023 BLACK NONE
is out of stock temporarily. The item is in demand, so we accidentally run out of stock. We have sent you a notification about this last Feb 03 and unti8l now we are waiting for your response.
I think the item would be in stock within 2-3 weeks.
I'm so sorry for this unexpected sold out problem.
If you want, I can refund you fully for item's price and original shipping fee.
Or, you may choose another item as a replacement. The replacement should cost almost same or a little bit more. I sincerely apologize for this matter.

Hey Jhen,
I see you are referring to the belt then you can remove that item for now and replace it with (JPB012-BLACK), if at all possible. If that one is also out of stock then please remove the belts for now and send the other 2 items and I will try again at a later date for the belts.
