I was give a tracking number 3374702634, but on your website it shows that the items are BEFEORE SHIPPING" state, so which is which, and the tracking number wont show any results when searched on dhl.com, please confirm

http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html, please be noted that since the item was just sent yesterday, they cant give you updates as of this moment. Try to track it after 2-3 days, then I am sure that DHL is updated on that moment.
