thanks for asking, given the height and weight I can say that your husband fits US 2XL, but so sorry we are not offering that sz, the biggest sz in my shop is sz US XL. So sorry for that.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
