I sent an email regarding my order, immediately after having checked the merchandise. I know it was before your customer service hours, but I would like a response to get this resolved. Please respond to my email, because that is the best form of communication for me, as soon as possible.
I would call, but I did not see a toll free line, and I am in the U.S.
I don't plan on leaving any feedback until I get a response, for your convenience.
