I'd received the coat,fast delivery and in perfect condition.
But,I didn't get the belt shown in the pictures...it felt so incomplete without the belt...such a fine coat...
Please reply,I would like to hear your explanation before giving my feedback on this coat.

I am sorry about the missing belt, I am also confused why is it missing which in fact it should be included in that package, but anyway really sorry about that, can you just return the item back to us? Then we will reimburse the shipping fee to return the item and we will send a new one, same color and same size.
Please let me know if you are willing to do this. Again we are sorry for this.

due to sold out back in 05th.March,2013 and was asked to wait 2~3weeks for restock. It's been 2weeks and if possible,can you send the missing belt together with KST-BLUE in a single shipment?

No need to say sorry,in fact you've been very kind.
And I'm the one who should say sorry cause I didn't knew ebay shop is not within your responsibility. Just that I think it's easier for the belt + KST-BLUE to be send together in a single shipment to save shipping cost.Plus,it's more economic this way.
And no worries,I'm not in rush with the item from Ebay cause it did mention 2~3weeks :)
I really like your customer services and shop policy. And yeah,I'm totally in love with the items sold here,will surely buy again and again.
