Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you in regards to a recent order I made from your web site.
In essence, due to a misunderstanding on my part, I accidentally paid for the same order twice. As the payment confirmation did not appear on my PayPal account within a few minutes, I decided to make the same order again, consequently making a second undesired payment. The item in question is "(NJK-DARKGRAY) Mens unbalance 2 button china collar jacket DARK GRAY" with an order number of 20130320032650866MC. As I have already been charged for the same order twice, I would like to ask you for a refund on the second payment. I have attached an image of my PayPal account overview information showcasing the mistake in question.
I would be thankful if you took the time to send me a response and will be eagerly anticipating the resolution of this problem.

Anyway, please let me know the Unique Transaction ID of the two payments that you made, and after that, we can know what payment confirmed and what is not, so that we can easily refund you the excess amount. Please get back to me regarding this.
