I'm 6'2" and around 150-160lbs. I'm very skinny and wear a mens small. My pant size is 30(w) and 32(L). Is there any way that this could work for me?

Hello!
Given your height, our US XL will fit on you, but it might be too loose for you because your weight suggests us a smaller sz which is US M only.This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies, but it works most of the time.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
I think it would be better if I leave the decision to you.
