I was very excited for this once it arrived, i wanted to wear it to a opera but when it arrived, it was too baggy. I wanted to send it back for a smaller sizing but the cost for shipping was 47 USD. it wouldve been more cost effective to simply order another, i probably will one day but it has sat in my closet for months now. this item had such potential but i made a mistake in sizing

Thanks for letting me know of this. As I see it, this item is really too loose for you. Anyway, there are some post that will only cost you 12-15 USD. You can send back as a letter or you can use the CHEAPEST possible, there is no problem even though it has no Tracking number. I hope you can consider that. Thanks and Regards.
