Hi,
I'm looking to buy several items but not sure what size I should buy. My sizes are Neck: 16in Chest:40/42 and Sleeve: 34/35... So in this product would I Purchase Medium? I'm looking for a slim look. Also, I usually wear pant size 32/32... What should I buy?

Please be guided that the actual size of ALL ITEM from my store is "1~2 sizes smaller" than US/Europe sizes which is written in the notification of our page.
Most of our items are slim fit body hugging, so if you are not used to it please choose the next size. For example you are size LARGE (US MEDIUM), you should choose XL instead.
Kindly check the size chart in each item page prior to any purchase.
Please let me know your height and weight so I can recommend a proper sz for you.
