What is your return policy for items shipped to the US?

thanks for the message.
If there would be chances that you are returning the item,
If it is our fault, we shoulder all the expenses to return the item back to us.
But if it the buyers fault, we accept returning items for an exchange or refund,
1 for an exchange, buyer will shoulder the shipping to return the item to us, and we will send the replacement free of charge
2 for a refund, it is also accepted but please be reminded that we can only refund the item price since we already used the shipping fee to send the item.

thanks for asking.
We are giving instructions to our buyers when they are sending back the item and we are expecting that they will follow it.
If the buyer send back the item, we encouraged them to let us know the return detail so we can proceed with the process, cooperation on the buyers side is really appreciated to finish the process.

Hi there Joey!
thanks for asking.
We are refunding the buyers on the account that they use in purchasing the
items, refund is done within 12-48 hours (except weekends, we process it on
the next business days) and we encourage our buyers to check their account
after 2-3 days for the money back.
