How do I know wich size of shirt, slim fit would "fit" me |

I would Like to know how to choose the right size of shirt, I usually use Medium, they fit no to loose, so a Large would fit me? or a little bit bigger? I work out so, maybe you could help me Thanks.

thanks for asking.
Please be guided that the actual size of ALL ITEM from my store is "1~2 sizes smaller" than US/Europe sizes which is written in the notification of our page.
Most of our items are slim fit body hugging, so if you are not used to it please choose the next size. For example you are size LARGE (US MEDIUM), you should choose XL instead.
Please let me know your height and weight so I can recommend a proper size for you.
