First of all, sorry about the late delivery you paid for express mail though.
We tried to ship them out fast for you. However, it took longer than we think. So, I tracked to check why it did.
Please let me explain it.
1. We confirmed your order on the end of the day of friday. So we couldn't fulfill your order until Monday since all delivery companies like DHL, FedEx, or Korea post was already closed.
2. We shipped your items out on Monday as supposed through EMS, EG125611195KR.
It arrived the customs in your country in 4 days. Your package was stucked there for about 2 weeks due to customs clearance.
3. A deliver man tried to deliver it to you on Aug 30th at the first time. However, since you were not there, it was done on Sep 3rd.
