Incomplete delivery and duty fees? |

I received a bill from DHL stating that I owe them $50.56 for import duties and payment deferment. WTH??? Nowhere on this website stated that I will be charged for the fees. Is this a mistake? Also, my order has a shirt that was not available at the time so it wasn't included in the delivery. There was no information given since then. It has been about a month now and I don't know if I will be contacted with a refund plus shipping or what? Oh yes, my credit card was charged with the full amount, including the full shipping fee $39.13. ORD # 20130513062921470MC

You may be subjected to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package.
Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we were not able to supply an estimated cost.
So sorry for that, taxes are imposed by your local government and that is the matter that we cannot control, local government will decide on whether they will impose
tax or not to the items delivered abroad, again so sorry for this. We are hoping for your kind understanding. But It is the buyers responsibility to pay for it. If you will say that it is not stated in the website, your wrong on that. Please do check FAQ and read again, and let me know If I have mistaken.
For the sold out item, I have sent you a message regarding that, please do check your Email since the message was sent last May 14, 2013, at exactly 15:25:02. It states there that one item is sold out and we are giving you option to either refund it fully or replace with another item and i will ship the rest. Please check on that.
okay, as you have stated there, I will refund you fully for the sold out item,. but one more thing, since you received a discount based on our promotion, the amount of the item is $26.25 + 2.00 shipping fee.
Refund will be done on Monday June 03, 2013. Please check your account after 2-3 days.
