Hey
It's been three weeks from ordering and I haven't received my order yet..
Problem is that I haven't received any note from my local post office about picking up my order. I don't have any tracking number either, so I don't actually know where's my order at the moment. Is it possible for you to check where's my order, or can you provide me with any number whereby I can check it myself.

After making and paying an order we recommend our buyers to contact us after 2-3 days for the tracking numbers so they can track it.
Your item was sent via DHL with tracking number 6399444133, you can track it using DHL.com.
June 07, we received a call from DHL that you refused the package, so they need to send it back to us, in that case, we can refund you less shipping fee once it was sent back to us.
If you still want the item, please do contact the nearest DHL Office to inquire If they still have the item, If yes, then please get it, as I checked it, the item is still at your country, so I would appreciate IF you will do it soonest.
