Hello Team,
I recently ordered tote bags, i see a tracking number on my package. However, when i tracked the package, DHL says you requested for the package to be returned back to THE LEES. Please let me know why you requested for the package to be returned to your office? thanks

Thanks for the message.
I am sorry for making you worried about the items that you have purchased. Let me explain to you what happened. I already sent out the item. Then you have informed me of I need to refund you the excess of 105.44 USD. As we are refunding you I saw that you paid us through Credit card and as you know, we cannot refund from there partially. So we are asking for your Paypal account but no response from you, so we just ask DHL to get bring back the item to us.
by the way, are you reading my responses to you? It seems not, this happens twice already, the first one I ask you to re order it and the second one is Paypal, all those responses are not replied by you. Please respond accordingly.

Ok..i am sorry. I just read all your responses. I saw your response with the paypal and I sent you my paypal email to refund the partial payment to paypal. Now that you have the package back. Please refund the entire amount to my credit card. I will go ahead and reorder the bags again today. Please credit my points as well..so i can use my points too. Thank you |
