how do i know if i am a XL or L? i am 5'10 165 lbs and somehwta muscular for my height and weight. i am usually a US sized medium. some of your shirt sized say i should be a large some say i should be XL. this one say i should be xl.

Given the measurement I can say that our US L can fit you. But since this item is smaller compared with the other items you need to get US XL for this.
Unfortunately, after checking the stocks, I am sorry to say but this item is not offered in US XL sz, the biggest sz is US M only. Really sorry for that. I hope you can try to look for other items instead.
