how do i know if i am a XL or L? i am 5'10 165 lbs and somehwta muscular for my height and weight. i am usually a US sized medium. some of your shirt sized say i should be a large some say i should be XL. this one say i should be xl.

thanks for asking.
Given the height and weight I can say that you can fit out US XL for this item.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
