I'm looking to buy this suit, however, I'm not sure what size to purchase as I fall into three size categories based on my measurements. I'm 6'1'' and weight 160 pounds. As you can tell I'm tall and skinny, and I like the slim fit, but I'm worried about the length for the arms and legs. What would you recommend?

Given the height and weight, it seems that you fall in two different sizes, our biggest sz for the height but will be too loose for you because of your weight that suggest me of sz US M only.
For the suit I suggest that you refer to the sz chart below.
