Hello,
I was reading your sizing guide but am still having a hard time trying to figure out which size would fit me the best. I am 6'1 150-155lbs. My measurements are Chest: 38inches, Shoulder:17.5in, and arm: 23in.

thanks for getting back.
Given your height I can say that our US XL can fit you, but your weight suggest me of US M only. But given your Chest and shoulder measurement I see that you need our US XL.
But unfortunately, this item NDS01 is smaller compared with our other items. The biggest sz for this item is US M only, and I can say that US XL can fit you.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
