I want to order this coat/jacket: (HWC-GRAY) Removable Hood Zipper Wool Coat, but I am unsure of what size to get because people have ordered their size, but it has ended up being to small.
I am 5'7" and weigh 145 pounds

Thanks for the interest on my items.
Given the height I can say that you can fit our US S, but it will be too tight for you since your weight suggest me of US M.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
