Thanks for the interest on my items.
CE510 is completely sold out for Black sz US M, meaning we are no longer getting them back in stock, we are not producing them anymore. Really sorry for that.
But this item is still available in CE510 Black sz US XS and US S, is that your sz sir? Please let me know your height and weight so I can recommend a proper sz for you.

Yes I believe I am a US Men's Size Small. I am 5'9" around 165-170 lbs. I usually wear men's size small or medium in the US |

Hi there!
Thanks for asking.
Please be guided that the actual size of ALL ITEM from my store is "1~2 sizes smaller" than US/Europe sizes which is written in the notification of our page.
Most of our items are slim fit body hugging, so if you are not used to it please choose the next size. For example you are size LARGE (US MEDIUM), you should choose XL instead.
Given your measurement I can say that our US L can fit on you well but it will be long since our US L can fit a 5'11 person, but what do you think?
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
