This shirt is a near perfect fit, especially in the chest, shoulders, and sleeves. The back is slightly baggy but that's only because of my own build. The collar is also very nice but will likely need to be ironed after delivery, as mine was a bit limp and awkwardly folded, (looked fine after ironing though). I really like the look and feel of this shirt.
