I am sorry but I guess we cannot make this item in US XS, presently the smallest sz that we offer for this item is US S only. But we are hoping that we could also make bigger and smaller size so that we can cater all of our potential buyers, really sorry for this.

Please let me know your height and weight so I can recommend a proper size for you.
