Thanks for asking.
Given the height it seems that our US XL can fit on you well, but it will be loose for you, I suggest that it is safer for you to choose US L, though it will be a little short for your height.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
