Hello,
Why is my order not on its way yet, what are the issues.
I check here every single day and i have not yet seen the hold being removed from the order nor am i seeing the order status being changed from before shipping.
Can somebody provide me with answers please?

Hello There!
Thanks for the message.
It seems that you havent received the message that I sent you last Aug 02 regarding the order. Some of the items that you have purchased are sold out, we are suppose to send the item to you last Aug 02 but our supplier for some of the items that you have purchased are on Holiday so we cannot send 4 out of 10 items. I also cant refund you because you paid us through credit card and refund partially is not allowed.
This are your options:
- cancel the whole order and refund you in FULL
- choose a replacement for the sold out item and ship all
- refund points (for the sold out item) and ship the rest.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.

Refund will be done within 48 hours.
And since we are refunding you through Paygate or Credit card,
this might take 2-3 weeks before the money will be cleared and will appear at your account.
