Shipping was really fast. The only problem I had was I am a smaller guy, and needed to send my coat to a tailor. Coat length was to long and the sleeves just needed to be trimmed for me. Fits nicely though. One thing I did noticed is the buttons need to sewed on better. First day I got it, the inside button came off.

I am sorry that you have to bring the item to the tailor to have it adjust for you. I will appreciate If you have contacted us so that we can at least help you with the repair fee. Esp when it comes to the buttons.
