I'm 6'1" and 130 lbs, is there a size that would have enough length for me without being too baggy?

Thanks for the message.
Your measurement tells me two different sizes, your height suggest me of US XL but this will be loose for you based on your weight since it only suggest me of US S only, our smallest sz.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
