I received this hoodie and was disappointed to find that there were several loose threads(meaning a good tug could cause the stitching to fall out) and that there was no hole for the lower clasp for the button to go through. Just stitching for where the button hole should be. Find attached a picture of the holes.

Actually I cannot find the loose thread on this picture. Can you send me a picture again on thelees.cs@gmail.com? And regarding the "NO HOLE" actually it is so easy to put a hole on that, can't you do it?,there are really some items that has no hole on for the where the button can go through.

If you are not satisfied with it , I am very much willing to accept the items for a refund.
