Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I´m surprised by the fact, that you or your customer service seem to ignore my requests via e-mail. I recently send you an e-mail on the 7th of august and again on the 15th of august.
I´m very interested in several items from your store but the prevailing service from your shop is more than disappointing. I´m looking foward hearing from you soon. Otherwise I have to consider my opinion about purchasing any item or even about your service at all.

Thanks for letting us know of this problem.
When I tried to check my Email, it seems that you sent us a message last Aug 7th, and I guess this message has been overlooked and was never replied back, so sorry for that, but upon further checking, there is NO message coming from you last Aug 15th, or you did use another Email for that? I am not sure. We do handled a lot of messages each day and we make sure that all querries are answered accordingly. Anyway, I do feel your disappointments, and make me do my best to make it up to you.
