Title  My refund?
I received an email in July from you stating the item I had purchased was sold out and asked if I wanted a refund. I replied and said yes I did. It has now been a month and I have not received any other emails or my refund. What is the issue? I am especially troubled because I am a repeat customer and I feel that this is very disrespectful of our mutual arrangement. How am I suppose to trust that this will not indeed happen again? Please refund my money to my card ASAP. Thanks.
