I had originally received the XL size of this coat, but it was a little tight around the shoulders. A bit disappointed, I emailed Thelees about an exchange. I was truly blown away with how fast I received my exchange in the mail. The customer service was also exceptionally helpful and quick to respond. The 2XL size of the coat fits perfectly and I am so glad that I sent it in. Thank you Thelees for another exceptional product!
