Hello,
Firstly I must say that I had to make another account because I was unable to log in to BearTheGura despite the password being correct. Email travisvo789@yahoo.com . Anyways, I really liked the (LCJ14-BLACK) 2 Tone Double Zipper Hood Jacket. It looks amazing! The only problem is that the sleeve and overall length are a bit too short. I received an email saying it'd be possible to return if the size was wrong. I was wondering if I could do that. I'd really appreciate a response as I'm a bit worried at the moment. if the item is too small for you, yes, of course you can still send it back to us for a sz exchange.
If you want to return the item for size exchange, I will accept it, please don’t worry.
Please be guided that I cannot shoulder the return shipping fee, so please choose the cheapest shipping way. I'm afraid that I don't offer a return label or RMA.
Kindly send the item through USPS, and please do not pay for any tracking number because you don’t have to spend any expenses when sending item through it.
It won’t matter how long it may take and you can just use the package and label as I sent you.
Please include a paper note of your order #/ return reason/ and your request.
After sending back the item, please never forget to contact me with any return details like tracking # or customs declaration(form) # or receipt bar code or session ID.
American USPS always has "Customs Form number" on the receipt. Kindly let me know of that.
You may send it on your next message as attachment so I can check it. After checking it, I will process the item in exchange. I will shoulder the shipping fee of the item for replacement. Hope that will make you happy.

Hello! I don't think I'll be able to ship it back because I find the whole process a bit too difficult as it would be my first. I'd ask my parents but they're a bit clueless as they've probably never done it. I really appreciate your help and assistance as well as the fast reply's. The hoodie fits me well and I'll make the length work somehow. So thank you Jhen! I look forward to buying more clothing and I'll be more careful of the sizes next time.
