I am 5ft 5in around 130 lbs. I am just wondering for items like this one, should I get a L?

I think my shoulder is roughly 16in, so I am worried with the first item that it's only 15.7in for shoulder, and if it shrinks a bit it will be tight on me. Please advise.

Thanks for the message.
If we will based your sz to our sz chart, it seems that our US S for both items is a good fit, but I wonder IF the total length and the sleeves of the items are okay for you.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
But If you will based on the items measurement, a US M is okay for GD62 and a US S for GD82, BUT to make sure it is better If you will also check the Chest, Sleeve and Total length of the item.
