I was curious what size of the button down shirts should I consider if I am 6'2 and about 165 lbs.

Thanks for the message.
Given your weight I can say that our US L but I am afraid that it will be short for your height since our US L only fits 5'11 only, and you are 6'2.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
