I think it will be hard to get a sz for you sir. you are quite slim yet tall.
Your height suggest us of our bigger sz than our US XL, but your weights suggest us of our US M.
If you will take US M for this item, it will be too short for you sir.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
