I am wondering about sizes. I am between two of the sizes. I weigh 145lbs and am 5'11". What size would you suggest? I possibly would wear this over button up shirts and ties to work.

Hello!
Given your weight, our US M will fit on you, but it might be too short for you because your height suggests us a bigger sz which is US L.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
