Hi All,
I chose the incorrect size shirt for my body, I am hoping to hear back from customer service and resolve this before my shirt is shipped. As of right now the phone number appears not to work... I hope customer service doesn't let me down

Hi,
thanks for letting me know of this. Okay then, I have placed your order on HOLD status now.
Please be guided that the actual size of ALL ITEM from my store is "1~2 sizes smaller" than US/Europe sizes which is written in the notification of our page.
Most of our items are slim fit body hugging, so if you are not used to it please choose the next size. For example you are size LARGE (US MEDIUM), you should choose XL instead.
Please let me know your height and weight so I can recommend a proper size for you.
Thanks for the interest on my items, If you have any concern, please do contact us again.
I will wait for your response.
Thanks and Regards,
Jhen

Thank you for a quick response, I am 5"9 and 175 lbs. A muscular lean frame, I believe proper size is Xl(u.s large). What do you suggest? |

Hi~
Thanks for the message.
Given your measurement I can say that our US L is a good fit for you.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
I highly suggest that you also check the sz description of the item for reference.
I do hope to hear from you soon.
For further concern, pls feel free to contact us.
Regards,
Jhen
