Ok, I was excited that my coat came over so quickly. I opened the wrapper and threw the bag away because I was so excited to receive my 80% cashmere coat, as it is described on the website.
I wore it; it had a pretty good fit. Then I ran my hands through the surface, and it just didn't feel like cashmere. So I proceeded to look at the label to see if it was indeed the same coat I ordered. Everything looks the same, except the tag. 60 percent wool, 40 percent rayon (in Korean, thank god I can read Korean) I was thoroughly disappointed.
I even checked with the website manager, emailed him asking if it was indeed 80 % cashmere, and indeed he said yes! Now that I have seen that this isn't the case, I don't even know what to do. I spent over 100 dollars on this coat I have been waiting and hoping to keep and wear all the time.
I can't believe that I have to now ship this all the way over to Korea. My last coat I ordered from the lees was excellent. But this one, if the manager took just another look at the labels and the product before he put it in the packet and sent it, it would have saved a lot of time, money, and effort on both me and him.
As a part time worker at a college, my balance on my debit card is never too sufficient to do much. Now, it will take me at least a week or two to get a refund, in the meantime, I don't have much money to work with now...
I am just sad now...

This item is a Brand+ items it means that this item is coming from a 3rd party supplier, to confirm this, we will then have to call the supplier first. If the tag is correct then yes, we will refund the return fee + FULL amount that you paid us. We will then contact you through Email once we get an answer.
