Usually wear Large in US due to wide shoulder.
Should I get XL(US L) or L(US M)?

i think we will be having a problem with what sz will you take.
Your height is suggesting us of US XL and your weights suggest of US L only.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
