Thanks for the interest on my items.
given your height I can say that our US M is a good fit for you, but I am worried after knowing your weight, I think your weight needs US XL, but since this item is smaller than our other items, the biggest sz that we offer is US L only which will be too small for you.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
